Banca Romaneasca has received the approval of the National Bank of Romania regarding the use of the new internal lending norms that allow a maximum indebtness degree of 70% from the client’s net monthly income. As well, the advance may be even 0% in the case of mortgage loans, provided the minimum coverage degree of 118% is observed.

The value of the subsistence expenses taken in consideration by Banca Romaneasca for the calculation of the indebtness degree is 245 lei per family member. Thus, for the deposit on 1 month, the bank has increased the interest to 4,3%, from 4,1%, and in the case of deposits on 3 months and 12 months, the interest has increased to 4,45% from 4,3% and 4,4% respectively.
